Hi my name is Judy Young and I will be your instructor. I will be teaching the basic 8 count with beginner friendly lessons for 4 weeks or until you are comfortable with developing into intermediate and advance stages of the dance. I have been teaching this style of dance in the Madison area for 10 years. This dance originated in Chicago IL. within the African American Community. This dance will help you with your balance, memory and fall prevention as well as dancing merely for enjoyment. You don't want to miss this class. You will be happy that you came.
