SCFL will celebrate Labor Day with its annual LaborFest celebration. NATTY NATION and Chris Plata with Extra Hot will perform.
Event Details
Union members and folks from all over Madison and South Central, WI will gather to enjoy music, dancing, cold beer and good food. The event is free and open to the public. Family-friendly activities include magic shows, face painting, a bounce house, balloon twister, and a caricature artist.

In honor of the late SCFL Exec Board member Elliot Copan, we will be raffling off a 2004 Harley Davidson trike. Proceeds will be going to cancer research and our Workers Memorial Stage fund.

This year we are featuring a Harley Davidson Raffle to honor SCFL's former executive board member and our friend, Elliott Copan, who passed away earlier this year.
In honor of Elliott, his wife together with the Labor Union have come together to raffle off his Harley Davidson in his memory. Elliott was a strong believer in volunteering and giving to many charitable causes. Honoring his altruistic spirit, all proceeds from the raffle will benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Research for Esophageal Cancer, and the Workers Memorial & Stage on the Madison Labor Temple grounds.
The raffle drawing will take place at South Central Federation of Labor's LaborFest 2017 and is open to all residents of Wisconsin. You need not be present to win. Raffle tickets can be purchased online at www.SCFL.org or in the SCFL office (room #228 at the Madison Labor Temple, 1602 S. Park St.). If you would like to sell raffle tickets to your Local, family, and friends, please email charity@scfl.org.
