When the animals go to sleep at night, the zoo comes alive with light! Back again for the holiday season, your Henry Vilas Zoo will shine brighter than ever as we bring Zoo Lights to Madison!

Take a stroll down Candy Cane Lane, visit our NEW holiday market and enjoy the festive sights and sounds of the season.
For our sophomore seasonal outing, we've added MORE lights & new displays! Thousands of lights will transform the zoo into a winter wonderland- we can't WAIT to welcome you back!
Zoo Lights will be open:
November 24- December 31
Thursdays- Sundays, 5:30- 9 pm
*closed Dec. 24-25
**open every night of Winter Break (Dec. 26- 31)
Santa & Carousel: 5:30 - 8pm nightly
*Santa is at the Zoo every night thru Dec. 23rd!
Admission: $7 per person (children under 3 are admitted for free)
Family 4-packs will be available for $24/night
Season passes are now available for purchase online (2 Adults, 2 Kids) for $44, Individual for $20.
NEW this year: Group Ticket Sales! Bring your classmates, employees, family or friends and receive a price break for purchased tickets in advance!
All tickets, except season passes & group sales, will be sold on-site at the gates the night-of.
