Cadre will be serving a prix fixe dinner ($100 per person) on New Year's Eve. Following is the menu:
Amuse | Oysters Melanie - rush creek reserve-baked oyster over bed of seaweed
Salad | Salsify and Radish Salad with watercress pesto, duck confit, mustard, chervil
Soup | Sunchoke Soup with celery, truffle, and mizuna
Omnivore Entree | Beef Waygu Flatiron Steak "Oscar" (Lobster salad, American caviar), pommes puree, gai lan, and sauce bernaise
or
Vegetarian Entree | Celeriac "Scallop" with sweet potato puree, winter spinach, meyer lemon beurre blanc, white soy "caviar"
Omnivore Dessert | Foie Gras Torchon with elderberry gastrique, candied cocoa nibs, pain d'epice
or
Vegetarian Dessert | Moelleux au Chocolat with raspberry anglaise
Coffee | Included with dessert
A deposit of $50 per person is required to book the reservation. This amount will be applied towards the table's tab, or be refunded if a cancellation notice is received by Monday, December 26th.
